  • If your total profit is $1,000 and consistency rule is 30%
  • Your largest single day cannot exceed $300
  • This helps ensure consistent trading performance

💡 Some prop firms (like Apex) don't require consistency for evaluation accounts

  2. Click the ⚙️ (gear) icon
  3. Scroll down and click "Delete Account"

Tracking & Monitoring

What statistics does the app track?

The dashboard shows:

  • Current Balance - Starting balance + total P&L
  • Total P&L - Sum of all trading records

  • Win Rate - Percentage of profitable days
  • Consistency Status - Whether you meet consistency requirements
  • Drawdown Status - Current drawdown vs. allowed limit
How does drawdown monitoring work?

The app automatically tracks your drawdown:

  • If your balance drops below the allowed drawdown limit, the account is marked as failed
  • The app shows a red border on failed accounts
  • You can see how much margin you have before hitting the limit

⚠️ Always monitor your drawdown to avoid account violations!

How do I track payouts?

To record a payout:

  1. Select your funded account
  2. Scroll to the "Payout Status" section

The app includes built-in rules for popular prop firms:

  • Apex Trader Funding

Can I create custom rules?

Yes! When creating a new account:

  2. Click "⚙️ Custom Rules"
  3. Set your own drawdown limit, profit target, consistency rule, etc.
  4. Create the account with your custom settings

Troubleshooting

My data disappeared! Where is it?

All data is stored locally in your browser. If your data disappeared, it could be because:

  • You cleared your browser's local storage
  • You're using a different browser or device
  • You're in incognito/private browsing mode

⚠️ To prevent data loss, avoid clearing browser data and use the same browser/device.

CSV import isn't working. What should I do?

If CSV import fails, check:

  • Make sure the CSV file is exported from NinjaTrader in the standard format
  • Check that the file contains account information and trade data
  • Try importing smaller files or one account at a time
  • If it still doesn't work, you can manually add records instead
The statistics seem incorrect. How do I fix it?

If statistics look wrong:

  • Check that all trading records are entered correctly
  • Verify the account starting balance is correct
  • Make sure dates are in the correct format
  • Review your records and delete/update any incorrect entries

The app calculates everything automatically based on your records, so fixing the data will fix the stats.
